Randi Rapp - Managing Broker, EWM Aventura Office

Managing broker of the Aventura office, Randi Rapp, joined EWM in 2006 with an extensive background in real estate and sales.  A South Florida resident for almost 40 years, Randi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University and a master’s degree in social work from Barry University. Before venturing into real estate, she worked for the University of Miami as a social worker and also for Miami Dade Public Schools as a project manager. In 2001 Randi earned her broker’s license and went on to open her own real estate company.

As a manager at EWM, Randi assists agents in her office in finding their areas of strength and their passion. She then helps them develop a business that coincides within their desired niche. Her motto is, “if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!”

What Randi enjoys most about working at EWM is that although it’s a large corporation, it feels like a small company.  “Even though we are part of a large corporation with the backing of HomeServices and Warren Buffett, the leadership tries to keep the red tape to a minimum,” says Randi. “I also enjoy working for a company that acknowledges that the customer is number one. Additionally, EWM’s reputation and focus on integrity and professionalism is very important to me.”

Randi is a designated GRI, ABR, E-PRO and a candidate for the ABRM and CRB.
